AIRrepublic is a brasserie by Sergio Herman in the marina of Cadzand-Bad, on a stone’s throw from restaurant Pure C. It is located in a sleek, modern design-pavilion overlooking the sea and the Cadzand harbour.
In AIRrepublic it is all about simple preparations of products from Zeeland, with mainly fish and shellfish. It is based on classic cuisine and Sergio’s roots. Many of the dishes served at AIRrepublic were once on the menu in restaurant Oud Sluis.
AIRrepublic is awarded with 1 Michelin star and 15,5 out of 20 points in GaultMillau magazine.
