As demi chef de partie you will be part of an international kitchen team consisting of talented and motivated young people who strive for perfection, under the professional guidance of Chris Blom. Sergio's philosophy is that eating at Le Pristine should be a celebration.
- Providing cold and warm dishes.
- Making mise en place.
- Placing and checking orders.
- You work with the team to deliver the perfect service and quality.
- Ensuring order and tidiness in the kitchen.
- Assisting the chefs where necessary.
- Enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious.
- An eye for detail and a “hands-on” mentality.
- Stress resistant.
- You can work independently and act as a collegiate in a team.
- The working week is from Tuesday until Saturday.
